Welcome to MillexDigital. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any project or service. These terms form a binding agreement between the client (“you”) and MillexDigital (“we,” “our,” “us”).


1. Introduction

MillexDigital is the partner of choice for startups, SMEs, and forward-thinking brands. We help businesses grow and stand out through expert digital marketing, SEO, web design, graphic design, virtual assistant services, brand identity, logo creation, and Trustpilot reputation management.

By purchasing or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.


2. Services

MillexDigital offers a range of digital services including but not limited to:

  • Digital Marketing & Social Media Campaigns

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Website Design & Development

  • Logo & Brand Identity Design

  • Virtual Assistant & Business Support Services

  • Trustpilot Review & Reputation Management

All services are customized based on client requirements. Any modification or additional request beyond the initial project scope may incur additional costs.


3. Project Payment Policy

1. Advance Payment System

  • Clients must pay 70% of the total project amount in advance.

  • After project development completion, before the testing or delivery phase, the remaining 30% must be paid.

  • Testing, review, or final delivery will only begin after full payment is received.

  • Ongoing support and bug fixing will continue as per our maintenance policy.

2. Milestone-Based Payment

  • Milestone payment systems may be offered for larger or ongoing projects.

  • The structure of milestones will be determined solely by MillexDigital based on project type.

  • Each milestone must be fully paid before starting the next phase or testing.

3. Deployment and Handover

  • Complete payment is required before deployment to your server or before delivering final files.

  • Full payment is mandatory before handing over design files, credentials, or other project resources.

  • No project assets (including source files) will be released until payment is complete.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to limited conditions and discretion.
Refunds are not guaranteed unless the following applies:

  • The client requests cancellation within the first milestone phase due to justified dissatisfaction.

  • In such cases, only a partial refund may be approved, excluding completed work, processing fees, and resource costs.

Refunds are not applicable if:

  • The client violates any of our terms.

  • A refund is requested more than once for the same project.

  • A project is canceled after significant progress or completion.


5. Project Maintenance & Support

MillexDigital provides ongoing maintenance and support for completed projects, including:

  • Minor bug fixes and error corrections

  • Performance improvements and updates

  • Technical consultation for continued optimization

Support coverage and response times will be detailed in the specific project agreement.
Complex or out-of-scope issues may require additional time or separate billing.


6. Content Policy

Clients must use MillexDigital’s services only for lawful purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Copyright or trademark-infringing material

  • Threatening, obscene, defamatory, or unlawful content

  • Malicious scripts, phishing tools, or hacking-related materials

  • Misleading advertisements or fake reviews

  • Activities related to fraud, Ponzi schemes, or money laundering

MillexDigital reserves the right to terminate services immediately if any prohibited content or activity is discovered.


7. Project Cancellations

  • To cancel a project, clients must submit a written request via email or through our official project management portal.

  • Upon cancellation, MillexDigital will retain project files for 30 days, after which all data will be permanently deleted.

  • Cancellation fees may apply based on the completion stage and the amount of work already done.


8. Limitation of Liability

MillexDigital shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data

  • Delays caused by third-party services, software, or hosting providers

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project or service.


9. Amendments to Terms

MillexDigital reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
Clients are responsible for reviewing the most recent version, which will always be available on our official website.
